Our story

What began as a little joy turned into a farm we couldn't stop tending.

We started with Nigerian Dwarf goats and quickly fell in love with a rare breed: the Guernsey. The Guernsey in the US was developed from genetics of the rare Royal Golden Guernsey breed from the Island of Guernsey in the English Channel. Docile, gracious, and ideal for homesteading, cottage dairy, and 4-H.

Our farm carries Royal Golden Guernsey lines including Swind Vito, Swind Stpatrick, Janig Major and Goldicroft Peter. We breed well-conditioned, well-conformed, parasite- and disease-resistant goats for pets, homesteading, and performance — selected from reputable, clean-tested herds.

Our goats interact with people daily, have tons of toys to play on, and are safely and securely tucked into their barns every night.

Good questions, real answers

Before you drive over.

Can I visit the farm?

We love meeting future goat families, but the farm is by appointment only. Give us a call or send an email first and we'll find a time that works for the goats and for you.

Are your goats tested?

Yes. We are a clean tested herd — CL, CAE and Johne's — and we select foundation stock from reputable, clean-tested herds.

How does the waitlist work?

Fill out the waitlist form and we'll contact you with follow-up questions. There is no cost to be on the waitlist. We match kids to the right home, not the other way around.

Where can I buy your products?

Online through our shop, at our farm pop-ups, and at vendor markets like Angry Orchard in Walden. Check the Events section for upcoming dates.

Do you ship animals?

Generally local pickup is preferred so you can meet the goat in person. Reach out — we'll talk through options.

What registry are your goats with?

ADGA and BGS where applicable, and our farm is a member of ADGA, the British Goat Society, and the Guernsey Goat Breeders of America.
